1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Starry Stories, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and the standard Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA).

2. Use License & AI Content

• Personal Use: We grant you a personal, non-exclusive license to use the application for personal, non-commercial entertainment.
• AI Generation: Stories are generated by Artificial Intelligence. While we implement strict safety filters, AI content can be unpredictable. You acknowledge that stories are fictional and generated automatically.
• Accuracy: We cannot guarantee the historical or factual accuracy of generated stories.
• Supervision: Parental supervision is recommended during use.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

• Premium Access: Starry Stories offers a Premium subscription that unlocks unlimited stories and features.
• Free Trial: A 3-day free trial is available for new devices. After the trial, stories will be locked until a subscription is purchased.
• Billing: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID / Play Store Account at confirmation of purchase.
• Auto-Renewal: Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period.
• Management: You can manage and cancel your subscriptions in your Account Settings on the App Store / Play Store.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to misuse the application or attempt to bypass usage limits. We reserve the right to terminate access for users who violate these terms.

5. Intellectual Property

The app, including its design, graphics, and underlying technology, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. AI-generated stories are provided for your personal use only and may not be redistributed commercially without permission.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
