How do I restore my subscription?
Go to Settings in the app and tap "Restore Purchases". Make sure you're signed in with the same
Apple ID or Google Account used for the original purchase.
Why is my story taking a long time to generate?
Stories are generated using AI, which typically takes 1-2 minutes for first-time plays. Once
generated, stories are cached for instant playback. Look for the ⚡ icon indicating instant
playback!
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed through your App Store or Play Store account. Go to your device's
Settings → Apple ID / Google → Subscriptions → Starry Stories → Cancel Subscription.
Is the app safe for children?
Yes! We implement strict content filters on all AI-generated stories. Additionally, the app
includes a Child Lock feature to prevent accidental navigation during story playback.
